“Fair trade, organic undies for nice people” is the tag line for GreenKnickers.org, a fabulous website where you can buy eco-friendly knickers, boxers and cycling shorts (depending upon what tickles your fancy, so to speak!)
These knicker fanciers really seem to know their stuff with a catalogue of drawers ranging from the rather intriguing climate coolers of Low Carbon and Global Warming Knickers, through the more functional Padded Cycling variety to the more sassy “Lucky Wedding knickers”.

is that bamboo?
The London based, gem of a website is the brainchild of Sarah Lucy Smith and Rose Cleary-Southwood who started the site to prove that ethical choices could still be funny, beautiful and sexy and, casting your eyes to the left, I would defy anybody to dispute that claim!
The eco-drawers are made from materials such as a hemp and satin blend, bamboo (a wonderfully soft and 100% biodegradable fabric) and fair trade and organic cotton.
The site itself has had rave reviews in a variety of newspapers and magazines in Europe and with the public becoming more aware of sustainable and eco-friendly choices, it looks like the only way for these drawers may be up!
